The Cougars ended 2017 with a tie game against the Snappers in Hoffman Estates. The goalie was not giving up rebounds and crashing the net just didn’t work for us this time! Hats off to our own goalie Gina DeFrisco for her own shutout that game. And for our coaches Will and Greg for their sage advice. We had a great celebratory evening and plan another post-game get-together in January for those who couldn’t make this one.
Hopefully everyone is getting plenty of drop in pond hockey time and staying in shape! We take on the Snappers again at 9:45 p.m. on Friday, January 5th on our home ice at Centennial in Wilmette. See you there!
